    Aayush is an Independent Counsel specialising in Dispute Resolution, with a focus on litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals. Born on 2nd January 1996, he completed his schooling from St. Karen’s Secondary School, Patna, and graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA in 2020. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

    With nearly half a decade of experience in litigation, Aayush has been associated with several landmark matters, including the BCCI Lodha Committee Reforms Case, Aligarh Muslim University Minority Status Case, Dalit Muslim Scheduled Caste Status Case, West Bengal Muslim Reservation Case, Waqf Amendment Act Case, and the Satyam Scam Case.

    He has represented clients such as Healthians Research Centre Pvt. Ltd., Oil India, Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Limited, Powermech Projects, ICICI Bank, SS Mota Singh School, M/s Visaka Industries Ltd., and SBPL Infrastructure Ltd. His core areas of practice include Civil, Constitutional, Competition, Environmental, Energy Regulatory, Technology, and Taxation matters. His practice also extends to International and Domestic Commercial Arbitration, including high-stakes disputes involving Public Sector Undertakings.

    During his academic career, Aayush represented Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA in nine moot court competitions, including the International Rounds of the 3rd Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Moot Court Competition, 2018, after his team won the National Rounds. He continues to remain engaged with mooting as a mentor and judge.

    He also pursues his interests in philosophy and jurisprudence, contributing regularly through his blogging page, “The Speculative Lawyer,” on Substack.
